In collaboration with the brand, cross-functional teams, the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will own the implementation of select B2B/B2C marketing plan campaigns, ensuring alignment of messages and optimizing outcomes. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will be directly involved in the execution of the plan from providing inputs to the strategy, developing creative briefs and setting KPIs. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will work with the broader Marketing & Sales Enablement teams (e.g., creative, digital, email, social, events, etc.) to translate program requirements into an execution plan. Ensure that communication materials are updated and available across the spectrum of MPG assets such as websites, landing pages and internal systems. In collaboration with the sales enablement team, ensure sales teams have the proper marketing materials and collateral to articulate our value proposition and are aware of and use materials. Manage legal compliance & budget (for vendors and/or agency partners) when necessary. Foster a culture of accountability in which all team members are respected.
