Title: IT Applications Analyst (Oracle Fusion HCM) Location: Akron, OH (Onsite) Duration: 5 Years Contract DUTIES:
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in the areas of Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Compensation; lead and advise the business units through key decision points to define business requirements and determine optimum Oracle configurations;
- Maintain integrations to Oracle Cloud system by troubleshooting programs and coordinating with other IT areas that are responsible for file transfers and databases;
- Manage application security, user access and role assignments;
- Assist in investigating system functional and technical issues and generating solutions which may include system modifications, enhancements or new procedures;
- Develop extracts of key data fields for interfacing to other systems;
- Collaborate with third party benefits providers and cross-functional teams to define, develop and support integrations; develop complex ad hoc reports, as requested by the functional areas; support Employee and Manager Self-Service, Goal and Performance Management, among other duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or other related field of study and eight years of experience in the job offered or related.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in the area of payroll, benefits, and workforce compensation;
- Experience with the design, development, configuration, and testing of system functionality changes, including creating flex fields, modifying fast formulas, building payroll elements, and table set up;
- Experience defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts and documentation;
- Experience with configuration and confirmation that compensation programs are working within the Oracle Fusion system; and experience managing environments and coordinating with Oracle user base for testing of upgrades and patches.
