DescriptionAs the IT Business Analyst, responsibilities include:

Plan and monitor business analysis activities.
Preform stakeholder analysis to identify impact areas.
Manage and communicate business requirements
Analyze the current state of Enterprise functions to determine the best Enterprise strategy

ProfileRequired Experience:

8+ years of Business Analysis experience
Experience gathering requirements and writing requirements documentation
Experience conducting research on software and technologies
Experience communicating with Stakeholders
Must be able to work 5 days a week on site in Cincinnati

Preferred Experience:

PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CCBA certifications are all pluses
Prior insurance of financial services experience is a plus

Job Offer

Hourly rates ranging from $77-$87/hr
Long-term ongoing contract
8 hour days and 40 hour weeks
