The Federal Reserve's Corporate Serviced Business Dedicated Group (CS BDG), part of National IT Client Services, has an immediate opening for a Client Business Relationship Manager (BRM) (Business Advisor Experienced/Senior/Advanced) reporting to the CS BDG Leader. In your role as a Client BRM, you will have responsibility for providing the day-to-day engagement for the clients of the CS BDG. You will also ensure a high-quality customer experience, to ensure strategic plans are well aligned with Business and National IT goals and objectives, and that client commitments are delivered upon consistently.

What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for end-to-end client experience including business & application support
  • Provides collaborative or consultative work of varying complexity in areas of business-related strategic direction and support, problem resolution, and business planning for assigned customer/business group(s).
  • Develops trust-based relationships with clients and partners to fully understand their service needs, new technology, and infrastructure affordability. Uses diplomacy and relationships to advance solutions within the System's and Treasury's consensus-driven cultures.
  • Works with business partners at the Federal Reserve Bank and Fiscal Service for delivery of technology and infrastructure to our business clients.
  • Coordinates, plans, and executes solutions to meet needs of clients, work teams and/or internal or external organization management groups
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, influencing and negotiating skills to business solve problems.
  • Demonstrate strong technical acumen, represents clients and business partners in technology planning and technical problem resolution.
  • Ensures transparency in communications between business partners, National IT and product/service providers.
  • Actively participates in advancing and maturing the Corporate Services BDG team and value stream.
  • Facilitates business partner feedback engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge: Possesses and applies a high degree of subject matter expertise; continually strives to build on this knowledge to produce results that meet customer needs and enterprise goals and objectives. Advanced working knowledge of department/business lines, Reserve Banks, and / or System operations, policies, procedures, and technologies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated expertise to effectively direct functions and address issues in in a rapidly changing business environment. Influences others to gain support for ideas or accept a desired course of action. Shapes the direction of others and motivates through inspiring commitment, trust, and respect.
  • Communications: Excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and negotiation skills to interpret results, develop communications and recommend improvements. Able to present information within all settings in a credible, confident and influential manner. Communicates in a concise, direct and purposeful way. Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with anticipated audiences in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
  • Risk Management: Responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline to ensure appropriate controls and risk management throughout area of responsibility.
  • Decision Making: Works independently on broad assignments or under general directions as to scope or objectives. Escalates appropriately.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, and cloud implementations preferable
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions with large groups
  • 4 years of relevant work experience

  • The hiring range of the Advanced Business Advisor is $115,900- $163,000 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications
