- Stays current with business needs and strategies. Maintain current and emerging trends within HR application/technology space.
- Partners with business leads to identify, create, and execute process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
- Focuses on quality improvement and data management; ensures data is reliable, valid and secure; integrates new systems/processes with legacy systems/processes; and partners with business stakeholders and end-users to ensure solutions provided by IT align with long-term business strategies.
- Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects.
- Leads the selection and implementation of appropriate technology-driven business solutions by working closely with key stakeholders; identifies business needs; determines and carries out necessary processes and practices; monitors progress and results;
- Recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities and adapts to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Creating a consistent HR Communication strategy for Initiatives and Programs; Manages relationships and expectations by communicating regularly with stakeholders; Utilizes formal and informal written communication methods (i.e. emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists)
- Minimum 15 years in IT - application and integration design, development, and implementation.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience implementing technology in HR function (ie. Payroll, Benefits Administration, HCM). Experience in HCM strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in HR technology road mapping, business cases, vendor selection and HR technology architecture.
- Experience leading complex projects, managing risk and driving a team to deliver the highest quality results.
- Diverse knowledge of current and emerging trends within HR technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, technically minded, self-motivated, and work well in a team setting supporting a global business.
