- Imaging new laptops & desktops
- Be proactive and manage incidents from beginning through final resolution.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Log all request and incidents on the call tracking system (ServiceNow).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the proper client-side authority when necessary.
- Contribute to the overall team effectiveness and knowledge by sharing diagnostic advice and procedures with other analysts, when needed.
- At least three years of support experience with a minimum of one year on a helpdesk or desktop support team.
- Knowledge of Windows-server infrastructure and Active Directory environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7, 8 and 10.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Mobile device management (iPhone & Android), troubleshooting, installing/upgrading.
- Executive level hands on support, white glove service.
- Helpful if have some experience with CISCO switches and routers.
