Job descriptionThis client in the Cleveland area is looking for an interim IT Leader who can help guide the company during a transition. This person will be working closely with the CTO and President to guide company decisions and oversee the existing IT services. They are looking for a experienced leader in IT. This pay rate is flexible and is starting at $70 hr. This client can only accepts candidates on W2 and can not provide sponsorship.Responsibilities:
- Oversee continuity of existing IT services being delivered to the business in the US and Canada by the current IT teams and vendors,
- Participate in the planning and execution of a build-out of the separate and dedicated IT future environment that will be used by the dedicated business - which will include hardware, software, networks and all related 3rd party providers, and
- Act as an interim member of the business’s leadership team, reporting to the BU president
- Collaborate with the business regionally and globally, along with primary IT outsourcing provider
- Assist with recruiting activities for permanent IT positions needed for the business
- Broad experience in leading and managing IT applications, infrastructure, and service delivery
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA and related platforms which make up the current & future applications landscape (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Vertex, and others). Including the Microsoft Office / 365 suite in its entirety
- Experience with IT CISO / security strategies and execution
- Experience with managing an outsourced IT environment
- Experienced in working with globally based support teams
- Experience with complex / global IT program management
- Experience with IT vendor management and IT contracts/commercial management
- Experience providing infrastructure and local support – deskside services, network/WAN/LAN, asset management, telecommunications/circuits, voice/PBX/VOIP
