CBTS is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities:- Serves as a technical resource for configuration, installation and troubleshooting for Desktop, Mobile Device, and Peripheral hardware.
- Completes desktop/laptop/printer projects as assigned by Technical Services Management.
- Identifies and resolves desktop/laptop/printer problems, such as device connectivity, hardware/software performance issues, etc. to ensure high reliability and optimal performance.
- Adheres to Asset Inventory processes for IT Hardware and Software documenting additions, changes, and performing physical inventory of devices on a recurring basis in accordance with the processes.
- Upgrades and maintains Desktop PCs and Mobile Devices. Maintaining devices to limit unexpected interruption to Desktop services.
- Maintains Desktop PCs and Mobile Devices, ensuring updates and maintenance is completed keeping the device in compliance with patching and update processes and procedures.
- Performs other routine duties and completes special projects as assigned.
- Two years’ experience supporting Desktop PC hardware and software.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills. Capable of facilitating interaction with internal and external individuals to obtain and disseminate information and resolve problems.
- Ability to work independently following established guidelines, procedures and policies with periodic guidance from management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify research and resolve complex desktop/laptop/printer issues effectively and efficiently.
