We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team with one of our clients. I would like to tell you a bit more about this position and learn a few things about you.

Title: IT Service Manager

Location: West Chester OH OR Stamford CT (Hybrid with Onsite)

Full-Time Permanent Position

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with business leaders to align services with company objectives and Winning Together values.
  • Aligns with business strategy and prioritizes projects to achieve objectives.
  • Leads, mentors, and manages team performance, implementing solutions as needed.
  • Inspires the team to meet function and business targets.
  • Takes responsibility for delivering business-critical projects to meet targets.
  • Resolves complex operational issues and supports team members.
  • Innovates service offerings to improve operations.
  • Provides effective leadership to drive change.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships at the executive level.
  • Manages budget, ensuring spending is within limitations.
  • Adopts CC best practices and ensures consistent service delivery.
  • Advocates for customers.
  • Complies with Information Security Policies and reports security events.

Supervisory Duties
  • Leads and oversees the work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts interviews, schedules work, and trains staff.
  • Sets performance expectations and tracks results.
  • Builds and develops a high-performing team.
  • Maintains a knowledgeable, motivated, and professional staff that delivers efficient operations and excellent member service.
  • Implements disciplinary measures and manages personnel documentation.
  • Offers guidance and support to staff as needed.

Education & Experience Required
  • Possesses relevant professional and potentially post-graduate qualifications.
  • Demonstrates a successful track record in a demanding commercial setting.
  • Has expertise in managing budgets and P&L.
  • Has knowledge of functional areas’ lifecycles, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Skilled at communicating and influencing at multiple management levels.
  • Has experience in shaping strategy to drive business performance.

Skills & Competencies
  • Aligns functional strategy with business needs effectively.
  • Achieves functional objectives and meets established standards.
  • Establishes credibility at the senior leadership level.
  • Effectively manages stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable being on the service floor and on your feet for six to seven hours per day while monitoring service Associate
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less in order to properly serve customers if required
