Job Description SummaryEffective November 1, 2021, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland will require that all employees be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus as a condition of employment. Operates as an integral part of the business and serves as the primary IT lead, technical advisor and thought leader. Generates business demand by proactively connecting current and future business needs to IT capabilities. Through business collaboration and consultation with IT CoE teams, develops early-stage ideas to shape the technology demand and portfolio for the business. Supports the analysis of new demand to ensure project vision is clearly defined and is actionable by the delivery teams. Establishes trust with the business by successfully guiding tactical IT activities and enabling opportunity for strategic engagement. Demonstrates advanced leadership skills including the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity. Resolves Business technical and operational issues and supports business use of IT tools and solutions.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Execute SP&A specific business line projects and initiatives in collaboration with other IT CoEs.
  • Prioritize and execute business projects and initiatives in collaboration with the business.
  • Understand IT and information security products and services that are offered locally, nationally and through external vendors and aligns offerings with FRS stakeholders needs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Own the resolution of business partner technical or support issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, information technology, economics or related field; master's preferred
  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Experience leading business transformation and application rationalization
  • Experience in IT projects delivery and business requirements elicitation.
  • Experience in digital strategy and UI/UX
  • Advanced degree or professional certification Agile and/or Cloud certifications preferred

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions

Traditional office environment. Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air.
