Job Summary:Provides technical expertise and supports activities related
to ensuring the overall health and modernization of organization-wide
Information Technology systems. Provides support to internal lines of
business across the technology infrastructure. Serves as a final
escalation point for technical issues ensuring system up-time and
functionality are maintained. Represents the team in project planning
and other meetings and works in conjunction with leadership to drive the
overall direction of the team. Mentors, trains and assists team members
and serves as lead technical subject-matter-expert and liaison between
line of business partners and Information Technology. Contributes to
strategic planning and influences best practices and may serve as a key
advisor to leadership regarding significant business decisions. Leads,

Duties and Responsibilities:Assists in the design and review of systems
across the technology stack ensuring alignment with the overall
technology strategy.Provides input across the entire project portfolio,
serving as subject-matter-expert and consultant.Develops plans in
conjunction with leadership to optimize the technology stack as well as
individual applications.Provides guidance to project teams and business
as usual activities.Works cross-functionally to ensure the support
organization is prepared to support new and potential
technologies.Identifies, designs and implements automation
initiatives.Identifies troublesome trends and develops plans designed to
resolve issues and prevent recurrences.Serves as final escalation point
for junior engineers.Acts as subject-matter-expert for area of
responsibility, attending meetings and serving as team
representative.Assists with the daily flow of work between team members
and ensures service levels are achieved.Each team member is expected to
be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing
all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to
their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or
suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely

degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical field
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum
Experience:7+ years of experience supporting a variety of technologies
including virtualization experience and developing, utilizing, and
writing new automation for a variety of functions as well as experience
leading and mentoring team members within the groupRequired Knowledge,
Skills, & Abilities:Understanding of distributed systems architecture
and general knowledge of multiple technical disciplinesUnderstanding of
software development life cycle and various components that make up the
software pipelineScripting skills across multiple languagesFamiliarity
with automation initiatives and optimization of existing
automationUnderstanding of Windows server and Linux distros (RedHat
