We are seeking motivated individuals to join our small but steadily growing team! We provide value to the Real Estate investment industry by performing property acquisition services for property investors.
You will be sending email responses to FSBO (for sale by owner) property owners in multiple cities to generate our leads. You will have a personalized email (firstname @ mlkhomeandland. com), that's how we keep track of which email responses from property owners belong to you.
Previous customer service, sales, clerical or real estate experience is an asset but not required. The most important skill is being able to effectively communicate with home owners and type accurate notes for each lead into our leads management system (we use Trello).
Real Estate is a commissions based industry. Our Jr Acquisitions Agents (property leads generators) start at 10% commissions paid at closing (when investors buy our deals). Commission increases to 12% after 6 months.
After gaining some time and experience with us, our Jr. Acquisitions Agents can be promoted to become Sr. Acquisitions Managers (15% starting commission, 18% after 6 months).
Work from home and VERY flexible schedule. You only need to be able to commit to a minimum of ONE hour daily at whatever times you are available. More than one hour is great, BUT please only commit to what you can do consistently.
Laptop or ipad, and solid wifi connection required.
