We are currently seeking a Landscape Installation Crew Member to be a part of our expanding team. We are known for our commitment to quality and use of top-tier equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with leadership qualities, strong problem-solving skills, experience in operating heavy machinery, and the ability to read and understand blueprints.ResponsibilitiesLead a team on large scale installations at newly constructed sitesEnforce company safety policies and site-specific policiesDrive company trucks and trailers to and from jobsitesPlan the crew's work for the day and ensure crew members are completing assigned tasks, updating Project Manager dailyPlant trees and shrubs, spread mulch, and install gravel and metal edgingGrade soil and install grass seed and moisture retention materials over extensive areasOperate heavy machinery such as skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavatorsInterpret and execute project plans based on blueprintsCommunicate clearly verbally and in writingRead and understand job site instruction packetsQualificationsExperience in landscape installation or a related fieldProficiency in reading and understanding blueprintsPrior experience operating skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavatorsStrong problem-solving skills and leadership abilitiesValid driver's licenseBenefitsCompetitive payDental and vision insuranceGenerous PTO - up to 120 hours per year7 paid holidaysYear-round overtime opportunities401(k) with company match Apply now in 2 minutes!
