Join our team of friendly professionals and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesLead and perform various landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and general lawn maintenance.Coordinate and work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to company standards.Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.QualificationsValid driver's license.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Drug-free and in good health.Capability to lift at least 50lbs regularly.Strong teamwork and leadership skills.Willingness to work long hours when necessary.Eligibility to work in the US or possession of a valid work permit.At least one year of experience required for crew leader positions.CompensationBase pay starts at $24 and up.
