Laundry Driver Pickup & Delivery

Position Overview: As a Laundry Pickup and Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry service. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry items from our customers' locations in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry items to customers' locations within designated timeframes.

Provide friendly and professional customer service during pickups and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, efficiently planning and organizing deliveries to optimize productivity.

Handle and process laundry items with care to prevent damage or loss.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, ensuring it is always presentable and in good working condition.

Communicate any customer concerns, feedback, or service-related issues to the appropriate department.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING POSITION

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years

Must be at least 25 years old (for insurance requirements)

Ability to lift and carry laundry items of varying weights, up to 800+ pounds a day.

Strong time management/organizational skills.

Previous experience in a delivery or driver role is preferred.

Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service.
