Title: Lead Analog/RF Design EngineerLocation: Geneva, Ohio (Onsite only)Job type: Full time with relocation assistanceNOTE: Work Visa transfer is possible if having an active work visa and living in the USOur client has an immediate need for a Lead Analog/RF Design Engineer to design and develop new products in RF Power Measurement. This role requires an individual to gather technical requirements (working with customers, from management or marketing) and then turn that into a functional product, working with other members of the engineering team. Responsibilities:

  • Designs complex analog circuit design with good understanding of unique challenges of RF Signals.
  • Hands on experience in validating and incorporating measurements in customer workflow for various RF technologies.
  • As a senior member of the team we expect them to be able to mentor and teach less senior engineers.
Qualifications:
  • 10 years' engineering experience with bachelor's in electrical engineering, Science or related discipline OR 8 years' engineering experience with Masters in Electrical Engineering, Science or related discipline OR 6 years' engineering experience with PhD in Electrical Engineering, Science or related discipline.
  • Expertise in Analog Circuit Design with understanding of unique challenges of RF signals.
  • Knowledge of product development for Test and Measurement equipment for electronics.
  • Expertise in Simulation, Test and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of HFSS and PSPICE tools for simulation.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry standards such as IPC and Compliance Regulatory listings (UL, CSA, etc.).
  • Ability to use considerable judgment in design and layout using industry standards and good DFX (design for manufacturability and test) standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments.
