Lead Carpenter/Remodeler ($27-$30 CASH!)

I am looking for a rough/finish carpenter with experience in Higher-end residential remodeling.I am currently working on remodeling a home for residential elevator in Mason. The projects usually consist of Kitchens, Bathrooms, and residential elevators. Having experience in drywall finishing, painting, carpentry,tile, and light electrical and plumbing a plus. I pay cash every Friday.

The right candidate will

-Have at least 10 years experience

-Have a strong work ethic

-own handtools

-valid license/reliable transportation

-can read blue prints and build accordingly

-Know how to problem-solve

-Have an eye for detail

-Be at job site on time

-Communicate well

-Work roughly 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday

-Honest,reliable ,sober for work
