Description
The Lead Developer role is responsible for delivering value for key business initiatives and aligning efforts across various product/delivery teams.Major responsibilities- Surface business objectives, identify desired outcomes, outline key results and establish/monitor KPIs to show progress and measure the value of delivery.- Plan and complete pre-deployment user acceptance testing that is specific to the project with the Deployment Manager.- Lead the design, development and implementation of project policies and standardized processes to improve and/or establish best practices for efficiency and consistency.- Along with the development team, design, test, implement, and maintain updates within company databases and applications necessary to streamline/automate a business process.- Identify and analyze all risks that might impact the completion of a project milestone, and establish risk mitigation strategies.- Document inputs/outputs of complex workflows, understand dependencies, facilitate workshops, process and value stream mapping activities to create awareness, highlight waste and illustrate value delivered.- Produce visualizations of work across all teams impacted by the project.- Lead conversations and generate alignment to mitigate risks, manage dependencies and remove roadblocks across the program.- Key point of contact for communication within stakeholder groups - responsible for securing sponsorship, establishing governance and proactively building awareness of the program and outcomes.- Lead planning, initiation and discovery activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to effectively manage program scope and execution of value delivery for key initiatives, and communicate status of the project to senior management.- Data validation and report development.- Define a road map and high-level goals associated with the project.- Keep track of project costs. Requirements- Strong C# .NET and object-oriented programming background
- Experience with custom integrations including SDKs, SOAP and REST web services, JSON.
- Experience developing .NET and .NET Core console applications, and web services.
