Lead Laborer

POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Lead Laborer will oversee one to two crews simultaneously with room to advance. As a lead, you must possess the ability to work independently and oversee turns, light construction, and other team projects to ensure quality and timelines are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Painting interior walls and trim

Drywall repair and finishing

Wall framing and repair

Floor repair and replacement (LVT flooring cove base)

Cabinet and countertop repair or replacement

Caulking

Vanity repair or replacement

Bathtub removal and/or installation

Light fixture replacement

Interior and exterior door removal and installation

Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

4+ years of general construction or remodeling experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Proven track record of strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

SALARY RANGE

$19+/hour
