Lead Technician - Communications Cabling

25 Nov 2022

We build and maintain America’s cellular networks. We DO NOT CLIMB towers.

Our team installs network equipment, racks, and cabling in the shelters at the base of towers. We also design and build Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to improve cellular coverage in buildings and stadiums.

We work primarily in Ohio but at times we also travel to Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Some projects keep us in a local city or location for months or years at a time. Other times we move from one site to another daily or weekly. Must be willing to travel.

Many of our technicians work four 10 hour days and then have a 3-day weekend at home. Other technicians get as much overtime as they want.

Technicians can be based anywhere in the region. We have offices in Detroit and Columbus, but work throughout the region.

This is an opportunity to learn a trade in a recession proof industry. We do not require a college degree.
