We are the Corporate Experience Design Team in J.P. Morgan & Chase. We are looking for a Lead User Experience Designer to join our Data Platforms team focused on FinTech enterprise systems to create a better experience for our global network of employees.If you are someone who obsesses over the pixels of your designs and how to best present them on various sized screens for end users with accessibility in mind, we would be excited to hear from you. That is of course if you are also fun to work with and get along well with a great group of people.Job Responsibilities

Lead the UX design process for multiple projects including the creation of wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes with our design system.

Receive and provide constructive feedback and innovative ideas within your team.

Collaborate with UX Researchers for journey maps, personas, and usability testing.

Partner with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.

Ability to distinguish between feature requests and design improvements from user goals and objectives.

Present your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for end users.

Evangelize UX benefits to product teams and mentor other more junior designers.

Be aware of the bigger picture and impact higher levels of the company outside your immediate team.

Hybrid schedule of 60% in office / 40% remote

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in a UX/HCI, graphic design, or related field.

5 or more years in the UX Design field.

Experience leading past projects and/or teams from concept to delivery.

Examples of at least 3 design projects involving complex apps.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience with Figma is a plus.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React is a plus.

Experience with data viz is a plus.
