The leasing consultant is responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policy and procedures set by management and assumes management responsibilities in the absence of the community manager in emergency situations. Assists management in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in making periodic market surveys. The leasing consultant will provide excellent customer service to current and potential residents while working under fair housing guidelines. Drug screening clearance and drivers' license required.
