Join the team. Our client is currently seeking a Level 2 Technician to join their team onsite in Solon, OH and assist with the Windows 10 migration. The client is migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and is in need of a PC Technician to migrate the end users. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Work with application owners on mitigation / migration plan
- Develop / test upgrades
- Work on compatibility mode option
- Perform troubleshooting
- Work with owner to approve changes
- Perform change management coordination
- Assist with move to live environment
- If application cannot be upgraded segment from network
