Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property and Casualty Insurance Agent (license required) to join our team in a hybrid, 1099 position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills and insurance expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough insurance assessments to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Educate clients on insurance products and services, including property, casualty, and liability insurance.
Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support, including policy reviews and claims assistance.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Proficiency in insurance quoting software and CRM systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to reliable internet and communication tools.

OPEN POSITIONS:
8- Hybrid/remote agent positions (1099), will require 2-3 days working in office
1- Agent position with base pay + commission (1099) position that would require to be in the office.

Salary: $25,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
