Light Maintenance and Painter Needed - M-F 40 hours a week

Commercial Office Management Company seeks to add a maintenance technician to our team.

Job Description:

Help maintain our office buildings in tip-top shape.

Looking for someone who:

-Has a driver's license

-Great attention to detail

-Can do minor drywall work

-Good painter

-Can change lightbulbs and light fixtures

-Good at working alone

-Must be able to carry material

This Job is Monday to Friday. Building Office Hours. We provide vacation time. W2 employment is a must.
