Light Maintenance Needed

Maintenance needed including minor electrical (replacing outlets, sockets, light bulbs, smoke and CO2 detectors and light fixtures), minor plumbing including but not limited too fixing toilet seats, lose toilets, loose pipes, caulking; replacing locks, doors, door frames, handrails, fixing closet doors and drywall repairs, just to name a few. Everyday will be different fixing a variety of things. Must have 3 - 5 years experience doing maintenance work. Must have references, they will be checked.
