Job Title: Line Leader $19-24/HRJob DescriptionAs a Line Lead, you will oversee a production line, ensuring the efficient flow and prioritization of orders. Your role involves conducting lineside meetings, creating and managing production schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between shifts. You will also enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), oversee the training of new employees, and handle any employee-related issues. This position requires hands-on involvement and may necessitate filling in on the line when short-staffed.Hard Skills
