Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter/Home Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential remodeling and carpentry, is dependable, and takes pride in quality work. This position involves a variety of tasks including framing, trim work, drywall, flooring, and general home renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of carpentry and remodeling tasks on residential job sites

Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, decks, and other finish work

Follow project plans, drawings, and instructions with attention to detail

Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry and residential remodeling

Must have reliable transportation

Must have your own basic hand tools and tool belt

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of job site safety practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with custom home builds, kitchen and bathroom remodels, or similar projects

Familiarity with local building codes

Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Occasional weekends, depending on project needs
