Looking for Repair/Handman

Looking for Handyman/Repairmen to handle service requests.

My company owns and manages about 100 rental properties in Lake County, Ohio. These are mainly located in the Willoughby, Eastlake, Mentor and Painesville areas.

We are planning to purchase a couple properties this year 5-10 and need another rehab crew. Our Current guys are working basically full time and we have enough work for him for the rest of the year.

We are looking for a Handyman/Repairmen to handle weekly service calls to fix toilets, light, misc. repairs, and tenant turnovers.

This could turn into full time rehab work if we work well together.

We are experienced investors and want someone who can do multi trades.

We want someone who knows what they are doing and will do what they say

W expect about 3-4 Service calls a week.

We will pay per job and pay will be roughly $25-$50 per hr depending on how fast and efficiently you work. Last year our full time contractor was paid close to 100K

We are looking for someone to build a relationship and work for us as a service man with the possible of working full time on rehabs. Don’t need to be licensed or bonded.
