Machine Operator

Machine Operator | $23.20/hrJob Description

Utilizing machine operator and mechanical ability to upkeep machines running

Operating 3 machines at a time

Will be making adjustments to the machines and setting up machines

Prepares mold for production

Set ups, change overs, start ups, shut downs, some tooling changes on machines

Inspects produced parts to ensure no damaged parts

Fast paced environment

Additional Skills:

Must have machine operating experience

Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience

Must be able to operate multiple machines at one time

Must be able to wear a respirator

Candidate with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment

Pay Increase; 6 month: $23.30: 12 month: $24.10: 18 month: $24.90

$1 shift differential

.50 cent weekend premium

Have done annual wage increases each year for the last 3 years (usually around $1)

Work Environment

2nd and 3rd shift openings

Large manufacturing company who employs 400+ at this location

Hot environment in this area

Specific PPE required and provided by company

Some overtime available, typically 45 hours in this role

Training will be provided for the first 12 weeks in the role on FIRST SHIFT, then they will move to the off shift
