Machine Operator - Metallizer & Finishing 2nd Shift

Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for quality and problem-solving? As a Machine Operator, you will take ownership of our metallizer machine and finishing assets (rewinders, sheeters, levers) to drive efficient production. You will lead machine setups, conduct routine quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:45PM - 11:00PMStarting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differentialWhat You Will DoOperate & Set Up: Load/unload raw materials and finished products. Set up wire, boats, and equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.Ensure Quality: Perform routine product testing using standard measuring tools to deliver high-quality, zero-defect products.Maintain & Troubleshoot: Monitor equipment gauges, control flow, and perform root-cause troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.Collaborate & Adapt: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, follow safety SOPs, and maintain inventory and production logs.
