Maintenance Coordinator

This role owns the relationship between the Company and the vendor network. This position's primary duties will be to take day to day calls and email requests pertaining to home repairs or other issues in and around Northeastern, OH. Duties will be to enter, coordinate, obtain estimates and authorization, tracking, as well as follow up with tenants, clients and vendors for each work order.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Decide which vendors to contact based on performance and current status of orders

Troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered in the analysis process

Lead vendor discussions to work through issues and develop capacity

Understand Company initiatives and teach vendors as appropriate

Determine the best course of action to deliver on expectations and ensure that performance is met

Assign orders to vendors and determine rules for system assignment

Lead the implementation of work completion

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with applicable administrative work experience

Two or more years of Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management experience

Knowledge of busy office operations; enjoys work variety

Demonstrates understanding of what customer service means

Proven follow-up and organizational abilities

Proven ability to multitask and address escalated issues in a timely manner

Demonstrates a positive, approachable and confident demeanor

Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Ability to function in a fast paced, changing environment

Organized and detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and follow through

Responsible with strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability

Proficient in use of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, strong Excel knowledge, various other software programs

Fluent in ability to read, write, and speak English

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Construction experience is a plus!

Compensation will be based on experience with performance bonuses.
