The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services. create solutions for a sustainable future!We are looking for a Maintenance Gatekeeper to oversee the execution of our maintenance strategies, serve as the liaison between Maintenance and Production teams to facilitate execution of maintenance work for routine, emergency, and break-in work including priority setting, scheduling, and backlog management. You will work with both Production and Maintenance Management in analyzing maintenance spending against planned spending.As a Maintenance Gatekeeper, you create chemistry by
Establishing priorities for equipment repairs based on input from Operations, Maintenance, and Production Planning.
Prioritizing the work notification backlog and ensure jobs with highest priorities are planned.
Reviewing work notifications, ensuring requests are justified, scope is sufficiently detailed, and priority/target dates are appropriate.
Working in a team environment, supporting and assisting the maintenance team in the process of executing complex jobs. Such as participating in the optimization of scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
Successfully incorporating of RCFA (root cause failure analysis) and preventative maintenance to drive asset effectiveness.
Developing long-term strategies thru ongoing dialogs with key stakeholders including Production Management, Engineers (Reliability, Project, or AE), and the Digitization Program Manager.
Serving as liaison between Maintenance and Operations to coordinate, plan, and execute maintenance activities.
If you
Have 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Are proficient solving mechanical problems and troubleshooting equipment.
Have an associates degree in a technical field (preferred).
