Maintenance Technician

Student Housing Management has an opening for a Maintenance Technician Professional to service our properties located in Clifton (University of Cincinnati) and Oxford (Miami University).

We offer:

Pay up to $30.00 per hour based on experience

Job requirements:

Work independently with very little supervision

Must have own hand tools

General knowledge of electric, plumbing, carpentry, general building trades, and overall apartment maintenance

Good communication skills; verbal, email, phone

Reliable transportation with insurance-truck or van preferred

HVAC experience and certification a plus

Must pass background check and drug test with good driving record
