Maintenance Technician - Great Pay and Benefits $20-$24/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician! We’re looking for someone reliable with a can-do attitude to handle general maintenance, repairs, unit turns, inspections, and property upkeep. Must be able to work independently and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Experience in maintenance, construction, or related field preferred

Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills

HVAC/EPA certifications a plus

Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions

Pay & Perks:

$20–$24/hr (based on experience)
