Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various maintenance tasks, including replacing parts throughout the facility, working with pneumatic cylinders, bolts and clamps, and troubleshooting breakdowns. Training will be provided on the KMT Streamline SL-V 50 R Plus. Candidates may also perform welding as needed.Responsibilities
Replace parts throughout the facility (e.g., coils on robots, water jet heads).
Work with pneumatic cylinders, bolts, and clamps.
Troubleshoot breakdowns as they arise (e.g., auto molds and water jets).
Train on and operate the KMT Streamline SL-V 50 R Plus.
Perform welding if needed.
Essential Skills
At least one year of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience working with 480v systems.
Willingness to work overtime.
Ability to train on 1st shift for 30 days.
Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with robots is a plus.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to perform repairs.
Comfortable working with computers and tablets, specifically Fiix Software.
Open to shadowing and learning new things.
