Maintenance Technician/Handyman

Commercial property management company hiring for a part time maintenance technician at our Powell office park. This position is for 20 - 25 hours per week and will assist with tenant maintenance requests such as lightbulb and filter changes, minor plumbing and carpentry. Personal interaction with tenants is also required.

General maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
