Maintenance Worker

This is a maintenance position for a 200+ unit apartment complex. Duties include, but are not limited to:

perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing (leaks, faucets,, toilets); basic electrical issues (light fixtures, switches, outlets); repair or replace appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.); patch drywall, paint, and make cosmetic repairs as needed; prepare vacant apartments for new residents ("make readies"); maintain grounds, e.g., clear of trash on grounds and around receptacles;

HVAC is helpful but not required.

Will be part of a rotating on-call schedule
