Maintenance/Service Technician, Apartment Community

Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician at our Springfield apartment community.

Our Maintenance Technicians work to maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition, assisting with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. On-call rotation required.
