Additionally, we are responsible for managing a set of strategic analytics programs for suppliers and customers, supporting the Strategic Sourcing organization with commercial and market intelligence solutions, and identifying and developing new strategic plans and growth levers for our business.The Manager, Strategic Planning and Execution , will serve as a key leader within the SOURCE Generics Program. This role is responsible for setting the growth vision and overseeing the execution of strategic rebate programs supporting our largest SOURCE Generics customers. This position will be instrumental in translating high-level cross-functional strategies into actionable, tactical plans, delivering a flawless customer experience. Additionally, this role will represent our business with internal and external audit partners to maintain program regulatory compliance.Location - Targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, as this team operates in a hybrid work structure (Tuesday through Thursday in-office at our global headquarters in Dublin, Ohio with Monday's and Friday's being work-from-home / remote)Responsibilities

Supports the development and execution of the SOURCE Generics Program growth strategy by collaborating with the leadership team and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Ensures business support partners are aligned and tracks progress and outcomes.

Interprets market and customer needs into clearly defined goals, objectives, and strategies for the SOURCE Generics Program to maintain market competitiveness and achieve sustainable economic success.

Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and accurate end-to-end customer onboarding experience.

Oversees the timely and accurate processing of all strategic rebate programs on behalf of our largest SOURCE Generics customers.

Supports the SOURCE Generics Program managers by modeling rebate offerings that generate customer and enterprise value.

Represents the business with internal and external audit partners to maintain program regulatory compliance.

Monitors and assesses risks or roadblocks in ongoing initiatives, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and meet timelines. Supervises the timely and accurate execution of rebate pricing operations.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing strategies to create customer and enterprise value.

Supervises and validates pricing research to ensure compliance with manufacturer Chargeback operations. Works together with the Chargeback team to meet contractual obligations.

Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and progress on key business initiatives.

Monitors and assesses risks or roadblocks in ongoing initiatives, developing proactive mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and meet timelines.

Qualifications

Ideally targeting individuals with 8+ years of related experience, preferred.

Ideally targeting individuals with a background in audit (excellent auditing skills and proven ability to develop audit processes, a major plus). Experience in FP&A and/or accounting (looking to pivot into strategy) also very relevant, though not required.

Subject-matter expertise in self-service analytics tools (Alteryx, SQL), highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and data requirements into products and processes.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau), Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS), and scripting languages (Python or R), preferred

Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives and develop and deliver compelling recommendations to senior management.

Project management and performance improvement experience.

Strong interpersonal skills; Client service oriented (both internal and external).

Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi‐task, and prioritize workload in a fast‐paced environment.

Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex initiatives and develop and deliver compelling recommendations to senior management.

Ability to drive change and lead through influence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
