We are proud to provide high quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.JOB SUMMARYThe Market Intelligence Intern will be responsible for supporting the analysis, tracking, and communication of customer, category, and market data to support account, category, and innovation strategy development.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESTrack and analyze customer and market data to identify insights that can be used to drive key decisions across the organization (market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces etc.).

Translate data into executable and effective market intelligence reports.

Support the dissemination of insights across the Americas organization via O-I collaboration platforms.

Clearly communicate findings and conclusions for strategic account and market analysis to internal and external audiences.

Support key stakeholders such as Category, Sales, and Innovation Leaders in the development of data driven strategies and customer presentations by providing relevant data and insights.

Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value.

SCOPE AND IMPACTResponsible for ensuring that O-I continues to achieve financial targets by supporting the development of robust strategies for Americas - North accounts, categories, and innovation platforms.

Work closely with the regional partners to share customer and market insights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEStudents currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Masters business program or other relevant field at an accredited university.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting and debating work with internal and external audiences.

Ability to work independently and a strong self-starter.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

English fluency a must. Multiple language capabilities are a plus
