Description Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of interactions. Take on the responsibility of managing key customer accounts. Oversee all aspects of quoting, order entry, and order status to meet customer expectations. Coordinate with internal teams to provide quotes for new business based on customer requirements. Maintain digital records and files to ensure compliance with company standards. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MRP systems, preferably Oracle, for various tasks. Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment. Address and resolve any customer-related issues and complaints. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
