Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? We have an opportunity for a MCL Quality Technical Team Member to be based in Columbus, GA. (onsite role)Key Responsibilities:Chem Handler/ Lube:

Perform daily Chemical Titrations and make chemical additions

Remaking Chemical tanks- Chem mill and etch lines

Perform glass panels dips, weighting, and adjusting glass

Adjusting graphite on the shop floor

Chemical Handling and safety

Maintaining inventory and ordering lab equipment and chemicals

PECM alarm diagnosing and troubleshooting

PECM EMS and filter press troubleshooting and maintenance

All:

Perform 6s each shift

Engage in process optimization to allow success of production/quality goals while achieving and maintaining cost savings

Complete all training within the expected time given

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

US Citizen due to program requirements

Must be willing to work any shift, including an alternate work week. Overtime may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

Two to five years’ experience in quality/aerospace manufacturing environment.

Two to five years’ experience in Laboratory/ Chemicals.

Technical degree preferred

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and quality procedures.

Understanding of internal and external customer requirements with a high attention to detail in resolving findings.

Good organizational skills.
