Mechanical Machine Assembler

Assembling standard and custom machines, machine repair and shop maintenance. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge a plus, self-motivator. Ability to run manual lathe and mill a plus. Great variety of work. Small amount of travel required. Job duties include:

-Assembling machines (large and small) from prints and solid models

-Ability to assemble tight tolerance assemblies

-Some electrical wiring

-Startup troubleshooting of machinery

-Misc assembly duties such as painting and skidding of machines

-Small amount of travel for machine installations

Willingness to travel: 10%-20% of time for machine installs and service calls
