Job Title: Mill MachinistJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience in setting up and operating milling machines, specifically the TC-30 with Fagor controls. Experience with Milacron or Fagor controls is desirable. The candidate must also be capable of editing programming on the machine. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and adjusting controls on CNC mills in accordance with engineering specifications, production drawings, and procedures. The role involves checking work in process for quality and production standards, changing settings for various production runs, obtaining and returning work supplies from the tool crib, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and using hand tools as required. The candidate may also need to deburr parts to complete production work.Hard Skills
Setup and operation of CNC milling machines
Experience with TC-30 and Fagor controls
Programming and editing CNC machine operations
Use of micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and other inspection tools
Changing machine settings for various production runs
