Mobile Home Maintenance Tech NEEDED

I"m looking for a maintenance person at a mobile home park I own in Garrettsville. Free housing can be part of the compensation. I'm looking for an honest worker that I can trust. Someone with stability and honesty. Skills needed:

- painting

- toilet repair/replacement

- door/window replacement

- floor repair

- floor installation

- drywall repair/replacement

- deck repair/ deck building

- good customer service skills to talk w/ residents

Pay is $15-$25/hour.
