Model/Talent Scout

The PMTM Agency, Located in Akron, Ohio, seeks a motivated and qualified professional to join its staff.

An overview of the position:

Contact inquiries to determine potential models/talent and set appointments for a Zoom audition. These are people who have requested information, no cold calling

Interview/evaluate each potential model/talent's needs and if a fit for the Agency

Requirements for the position include:

Sales background is a plus

Good communication skills

Motivated & outgoing

PMTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

50K-$60K+ 1st year, $90k+ 2nd year (Base Salary- goes up yearly, Commissions and Bonuses)

The company offers health insurance and vacation benefits

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00
