Move Monitor/Field Agent

Full-time on-site position for a Move Monitor/Field Agent. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistics of moving residents from current apartments to a local extended hotel. Key responsibilities include assessing residents' needs and preferences, distributing move notices and newsletters, ordering and delivering move supplies; scheduling and monitoring moves, managing timelines to ensure a smooth relocation process. Agent will also act as a liaison between residents and service providers, including movers and hotel staff. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure resident satisfaction.
