- 10+ years of experience in airline space with exposure to all a broad range of airline operations functions and solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with NavBlue
- Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
- Experience in identifying problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
- Experience in implementing and integration large complex systems
- Good understanding of software development methodologies
- Good understanding of technology solutions in the airline operations space
