NetSuite Admin/NetSuite Systems Analyst

Job ID 2022-7362 We are looking for a

NetSuite Admin/NetSuite Systems Analyst. This is a direct hire and based in Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid). The Systems Analyst will define, communicate, track, and drive business processes with internal systems, acting as a key liaison within the company. Business processes include business analysis, reporting, system, and business support.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analysis/systems administration
  • Experience using NetSuite ERP
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical design
  • Process improvement experience
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Data Analysis, Data Scrubbing/Cleansing

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the integration and functionality of internal systems (WMS, ERP, 3rd party applications)
  • Contribute to EDI integration and administration efforts internally and with external partners
  • Implement and support NetSuite customizations and enhancements
  • Obtain business requirements, formulate functional and technical specifications, and implement these specifications in NetSuite
  • Analyze data, provide reporting and dashboards
  • Customize NetSuite processes through scripting, workflows, and saved searches
  • Support integration of various technologies into NetSuite
  • Maintain data integrity within NetSuite and other information systems
  • Liaise with partners and maintain support cases
  • Continuously learn and engage with emerging web development trends and technologies
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
